Temporary Pause on Shipping
As part of the relocation process,
orders will not be shipped between Monday, 30 March and Friday, 3 April
while we transition to our new facility.
Normal order processing and shipping will resume once the move is complete.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this short transition period.
Advance Orders Requested
To help avoid disruption during the relocation period,
we kindly request that any orders for items required during this time are placed in advance.
Ideally, orders should be submitted by March 23 to ensure we have adequate time to process and ship them before the warehouse move begins.

Please note that our corporate registered address remains unchanged.
Our registered postal address in Clearwater, Florida will continue to be used for official correspondence and company registration purposes.

Our preferred method of payment is via ACH.
If you require our bank details to set up ACH payments, or if you have a vendor form that needs to be completed, please send it to our team and we will be happy to assist with providing the necessary information.
