When To Expect Your Order

In most cases orders placed by 3PM (Eastern) will ship from our warehouse the same day. This excludes holidays and weekends.  Your order should deliver within 1 to 7 business days depending on the service level chosen. An email with tracking details will be sent to the designated contact after the order ships.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Most orders will ship with UPS depending on which courier is best for your location. Orders over 150lbs ship freight. Freight shipping only available in continental USA. 

Shipping cost + Prepaid limits

Orders over $500 ship Ground prepaid. Orders below $500 ship ground with a flat rate charge of $20 (Excluding bulk lubricant orders). Alternatively we can ship using your shipping account.

Damaged Freight

When you receive your order, if the goods show signs of damage, you must state and sign for as damaged.  Please let us know the same day if goods are received damaged or there are missing items from your delivery. All claims for freight damage, shortages and/or any other discrepancies must be made in writing with supporting photos and sent to inquiries@holemaker-technology.com within 48 hours of delivery. If a claim is not made within 48 hours of delivery, we are not liable for any damage.

Shipping Outside of Continental USA

For enquiries or orders outside of North or South America, Mexico or Canada, and would like to make a purchase, please visit our global website at www.holemaker-technology.com or email sales@holemaker-technology.com and one of the team will be happy to assist. 

Order Additions

At our discretion we may add additional items to an order if it has not yet been packed and dispatched from our system. If the order has been packed/dispatched the goods will be processed on a new order and packed separately which may incur an additional shipping charge.

HAZARDOUS GOODS

Our Speedlube lubricants are classified by couriers as dangerous goods and these items cannot be shipped via Air. For this reason these items are not available for Next day Air shipments.
